The domain that the user sending the email from is maxant.co.uk. This domain has rDNS set up fine. I have the same problem if other customers from other domains use the mail server, for example dragonflyjane.com. In the james logs, it shows that it is helo ing with the serve.com name, not the domain that belongs to the user sending the mail. So that is why I suspect there is an issue.
