Just as an addition, if you really want to process mail injected into the
mailet chain by fetchmail differently to mail injected by SMTP, you can
already! The fetchmail configuration pages -
http://james.apache.org/server/2.3.0/fetchmail_configuration.html - document
the wide range of mail attributes set in a mail injected by fetchmail.

To take things to extremes, you could use the attribute matcher to detect
mail injected by fetchmail and send it off to a branch of the mailet chain
specific to fetchmail injected messages. I don't see the need, but it can be
done using existing functionality.
