Hi,

The james-jcr sandbox now contains the first version of a functional
JCR mail repository that I've tested in a simple SMTP/POP
configuration. As discussed in the other thread, this first version
only stores messages as raw byte streams using the standard
nt:file/nt:resource model with some James-specific envelope metadata
extensions.

See the README.txt file for build, install, and configuration
instructions. Note that you may have some trouble both with building
the component (due to SNAPSHOT dependencies to James) and with
installing and configuring a RMI-enabled JCR content repository. Let
me know if you're interested in trying the component out and need
additional instructions.

BR,

Jukka Zitting
