In subprojects like miem4j, jspf, postage, jsieve I left enabled the
maven2 default "Project Documentation" (Project Information + Project
Reports).

For the main site and JAMES Server this has been disabled by purpose
because someone preferred not to show such reports. Unfortunately I
don't remember the details.

I agree that svn should be made more visible and I think that simply
enabling the default maven2 reports/references would simplify things
(users are getting used to maven generated sites).
