I like the idea of ratifying by a vote the facts of introducing new
dependencies (spring.jar, maybe others) on TRUNK and having other
(experimental) deployments than pure Avalon. Simply to avoid the "late
veto" we had around here where changes where introduced by CTR without
raising any vetos at first and then later that code was
"vetoed-for-a-release", but was permitted to stay in TRUNK.
