Unfortunately that notes are a bit outdated as we just restructured our
repository to separate our source code into modules.

I use m2eclipse that automatically analyze pom files and manage the
project. But, as another user pointed out
(http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JAMES-804), the poms are not up to
date now. I plan to update them soon, but I'm waiting for some
dependencies to be released officially, first.

That would be cool!

Robert will better illustrate you what is the status of IMAP and where
to look in the sources.
