Since it effects use cases 1 and 2, both of which I consider important, the
answer is YES! Emphatically and unequivocally.
I am speaking of whether or not it is worth discussing, not with respect to
the merits of a code change that hasn't been presented, since Jochen claims
that we have not seen what he intends to present.
