Sound to my hear!
The old solution was really an hack, thank you for testing the upgraded plugin
and for the other changes!
Now the generated sources works fine.
Furthermore this upgrade also fixed the usage of m2clipse (previously the
generated sources tree was not correctly imported because of the above hack).
