extracting the xml files references to configuration make sense
reviewing your patch: I see a comment about confDir "according to the James
code the need for this might be a temporary hack", but confDir is currently
used in mailets/matchers to get the folder for hardcoded sqlResources.xml file:
BayesianAnalysis
BayesianAnalysisFeeder
WhiteListManager
IsInWhiteList
Probably the Bayesian mailets could be updated to use the new
BayesianAnalyzerManagementService but the whitelist stuff need a solution too.
