Log:
An ongoing effort to handle the ant+m2 build for the avalon/phoenix deployment.
This reuse the ant build infrastructure as much as possible and have m2
descriptor to create the same artifacts using maven.
The current status is that both builds create the sar file.
Some more work is required to build the other distributions.
Temporarily removed from the main pom.xml and renamed to a "-refactor" suffix
so that it will be ignored by current builds.
