To ease the tasks of creating header fields from scratch and setting or
retrieving header fields from an Entity a few helper classes and/or methods
should be created.
For example it should be possible to set the subject header field without
having to care about encoding encoded words. Another example would be to set
the Date header field without having to manually format the date string.
