Description: At the moment all Processors extends the
AbstractChainedProcessor. This limit their use very much and make it hard ti
use when no "Chain" should be used. So we should refactor all Processors to
just implement the ImapProcessor interface and make AbstractChainedProcessor a
concret class which can be used to "wrap" ImapProcessor implementations and so
