We have 2 projects that offer maintenance/operational functions: the
mailbox-copier and the mailbox-jpa-migrator.
Both should be merged to a mailbox-tool project (which may host more
maintenance/operational operations in a future).
Also, the jpa-migrator is built with scripts,... : we will now remove the
scripts and give access via JMX-only.
