ATM the Bayesian mailets are in server. IMHO it would be easier to improve them if they were factored out into a independent product (http://james.apache.org/mailet/ml, say, but I'm not strong attached to the name). I would suggest leaving the originals for now, copying and repackaging a fork for further development.
