Tanuki swiched to GPL+commercial when it was 3.2.3.
You can download 3.2.3 sources and packages from sourceforge and here

this sounds very liberal. As you noted this is not yet classified in
the license compatibility page, so maybe we should open a JIRA issue
for the legal team.
I'm not a lawyer but the above license sounds ALv2 compatible, so I
expect/home it will pass the review.
