JAMES-1263 Apache James is design to work with cryptography libraries. This
README contains the text required by http://www.apache.org/dev/crypto.html. I
elected to use a separate document for clarity and ease of maintenance.

License Exception ENC Technology Software Unrestricted (TSU) exception (see the
BIS Export Administration Regulations, Section 740.13) for both object code and
