I have implemented SRS in Mireka a while ago, maybe you can borrow the code.
The public interface is not compatible with JAMES, because I am using
Recipient, ReversePath etc. interfaces, specific to Mireka, but I guess these
can be replaced without deep changes.
The whole implementation is in a single top level class + four nested classes:
