I have update the pom with conf/lib/ (you said it was working for you - here it
doesn't do the job...).
We was using before a JamesClasspathLoader and removed it to benefit from the
jdk6 folder classpath...
Tell us it is now works for you (you can build your self or download a nightly
snapshot tomorrow)
