Hello Eric,
This doesn't feel right. I think we should depend on releases instead.
Depending on snapshots is something we should do for a small number of
components at a time and for a short time. It should not be the norm, and a
release should depend only on other releases. I would rather go with releasing
Project or what do you feel about moving Project under Server?
