Rustam Aliyev resolved PROTOCOLS-104.

Resolution: Won't Fix
So problem seems to be in the sample email. Attached sample has only \n (LF) as
line terminator.
CRLFTerminatedInputStream is supposed to fix only very last terminator of the
stream - not for each line.
I think this kind of problems should be handled by server implementing
PROTOCOLS, therefore closing this issue.
