We want to also chunk attachments. We want to store the payload in the Blob
table.
Thus:
- Introduce an AttachmentV2 table and add a DAO achieving this.
You will implement this strategy:
- Write to the new table
- Read to the new, default to the old one.
No on the fly migration.
