POST /deletedMessages/user/:userId?action=export&recipient=:mailAddress
[JSON Query body] defined in JAMES-2663
- 200: OK

- 404: if user is not exist
- When this API is called, queried message will be zipped and then share by
BlobSharing mechanism
- Define a POST method in DeletedMessagesVaultRoutes(#1024)
- Unit-test with mocked sharing mechanism.
