Summary: Add integration tests for task serialization

Task creation will soon rely on the new distributed task manager. See
JAMES-2813.
The new task manager need to serialize tasks, which can be exercised by
starting (and so completing) tasks on the webadmin.
The first step is so to add integration tests to show that serialization is
working as expected.
