Hi, the RemoteDelivery configuration is applied globally for every delivers, 
maybe RemoteServer_1 allowing smtps but RemoteServer_2 allowing only smtp. 
We're still in trouble, right? It could be resolved by a per host configuration 
(requires feature improvement)
