Deciding on what to do with this one is troublesome for me. We will have to
make more assumptions about who a "Basic Operator" is.
If we had a web interface, I would say that the webadmin is necessary. However,
since currently (IIUC) there is not, then I am willing to bet that the Basic
Operator does not have the skill or interest to try to connect via the API. (We
should create a "Persona" as [~ieugen] suggested in a different thread.)
Thoughts?
