I am assuming that this feature is used with Docker. I think it is reasonable
to assume that the Basic Operator may want to deploy using Docker, so this
feature should be provided.
However, we could simply **tell** the Operator how it works without providing a
configuration option. We could therefore eliminate the configuration for this
feature for the Basic Server.
