Looging is to help troubleshoot.
You can configure multiple appenders and you can redirect loggers to them.
You can stream loggers to a null appender also.
Please use this option first and then propose changing the log level.
Some log levels should be changed but please propose that once you have
experience runing James in production and troubleshooted issues and realized:
"This log information is not relevant and does not help at all."
