Revisit the IMAP APIs to enable content replay and get rids of intermediate
copies.
This ensures large performance enhancements, just like those achieved as part
of JAMES-3506.
In addition to draft saving, imapSync based migrations will also greatly
benefit from faster, less resource intensive APPENDs.
