This limitation is inherited through the IMAP compatibility, where '.' is used
as a heriarchical delimiter.
We have an invariant, enforced by the StoreMailboxManager, stating that all
mailbbox whose full name contains the delimiter should have a parent.
We likely should study what other JMAP implementations are doing (Cyrus?) and
study possible workaround.
