Upon permanent error (that is that persists after 5 exponentially delayed
retries) LocalDelivery copies the email to the error processor, for the failing
recipients, thus doing a manual split of the mail.
This process need to take into account customisation of error processing which
allows:
- Specifying custom processors
- Propagating the error to the calling context
- Ignoring the error.
