Since the reactive IMAP refactoring the batch sizes are no longer applied on
Cassandra reads.
Get this applied within the Cassandra mappers.
Get rid of redundant chunk.size.message.read property.
*Why?*
- Two settings for the same thing is very confusing (just got tricked)
- chunk.size.message.read is oblivious to the fetch type
