Today there is no mechanism to rank identity / select a default one.
This makes it hard to manage for end users when there is a lot of identities.
We would need to refine the JMAP specification to make this possible.
-> Rene CORDIER will propose an errata on the topic at IETF-115 and propose to
add a sortOrder property on the identity object
-> James could pioneer this topic and offer a vendor specific extention for
this while waiting for the specification
