Backend should subscribe when...
- provisionning INBOX upon IMAP connection (authenticate processor)
- provisionning INBOX upon email receival (LocalDelivery)
- JMAP draft + JMAP rfc-8621 should register the mailboxes being provisionned.
We *may* add an option to subscribe automatically a mailbox upon create
