In the same vein as JAMES-3705, I propose a minor refactoring of the POP3
{{DeleCmdHandler}} and {{{}QuitCmdHandler{}}}. This lets developers more easily
create custom variants of these handlers, for access to the scheduling and
ultimate deletion of messages.
