René Cordier commented on JAMES-3894: ------------------------------------- Regarding this subject: we suspect, after investigation, that if the build at [https://ci-builds.apache.org/job/james/job/ApacheJames-Website/] fails and does not go until the end before publishing, it could be the reason that online doc is missing. Most of the time it is due at some issue with the CI (connection problem, github rate limiting, CI upgrade, ...) Some efforts have been taken on improving our antora doc though, by fixing some links and typos: * [https://github.com/apache/james-project/pull/1494] * [https://github.com/apache/james-project/pull/1497] And also a PR to fire a mail on the server-dev ML on the build status of the apache james doc website, so that when it fails we can be better notified. That could allow us to fix missing doc problems quicker: [https://github.com/apache/james-site/pull/35] More work could be applied to this as well though (upgrade antora and jekyll versions, upgrade libs, ...) > Antora build mis-fonctionning - Distributed server > -------------------------------------------------- > > Key: JAMES-3894 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JAMES-3894 > Project: James Server > Issue Type: Bug > Components: site > Reporter: Benoit Tellier > Priority: Major > Time Spent: 40m > Remaining Estimate: 0h > > The Antora build for the distributed server randomly fails, leading to > missing online docimentation. > Investigate "why" it fails and propose a fix. -- This message was sent by Atlassian Jira (v8.20.10#820010) --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: server-dev-unsubscr...@james.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: server-dev-h...@james.apache.org
