Wojtek & I did work on a first version of certificates reload in
https://github.com/apache/james-project/pull/1573
A webadmin route to reload what is in the filesystem for all protocols.
I could be a good first step toward more complex implementations.
If that is consensual then I would merge it in the coming days.
