Sending 50.000 mails per hour, with a 1/1000 browse start update ended up not
updating the browse start.
h3. Fix
Explicitly test the browse start update using Casssandra statement recording.
Ensure the correctness of browse start updates probability: more or less once
per slice.
Run manual test on large slice.
Fix code accordingly...
- Fix avoidance of browse start update if triggered too soon.
- Fix parallelism
