As `<artifactId>james-server-data-jdbc</artifactId>` got removed via 
JAMES-2656, the `JDBCMailRepository` is still referenced:

It should be its successor `JPAMailRepository`?

Also, the corresponding info is missing in the changelog or release notes. How 
shall we migrate?
