Tarun, I thought I had php-xml already, but it doesn't hurt to re-install I guess. Restarting Apache is trivially safe and easy as follows:
[XS-tony ~]$ su - [XS-root ~]# service httpd restart Stopping httpd: [ OK ] Starting httpd: [ OK ] [XS-root ~]# I did this at 5:17pm Wednesday July 16 India time. Note that DOM/XML is enabled. But, to get it working the site says to restart the webserver (/etc/init.d/httpd restart). I'm hesitant to do that without your guidance.
