If you are using James v2.1.anything, it is more difficult. James v2.2 improves support for custom mailet packages. See: http://nagoya.apache.org/wiki/apachewiki.cgi?James/CustomMailetPackages Clean out the work/ directory, but I don't think that's your problem.
