Thank you Noel.  I am not sure what is causing the loop.  Even in Debug
mode, the spoolmanager is not mentioning anything that I fully understand.
Granted, I am new to JAMES.

I looked at the inside of AbstractRedirect mailet and found a few lines
directly inside the service menthod which change the original host to the
local host.  I will try your idea and then continue.
