When I'm deploying a SAR file in James, it's typically made up of all 
the files in james.sar plus my application JAR that's in SAR-INF/lib/. 
If I have a tree of resource files that I need to incorporate in that 
SAR, but I don't want to roll those files into my JAR, where's a good 
place in the SAR structure to put that tree? The root of that tree has 
to be on the CLASSPATH.
