probably this is the wrong mailing list. You may want to ask the experts on nanae (newsgroup news.admin.net-abuse.email). From my reading there it may get very difficult to get unblocked, as the spammer lists block holes chunks of ip-ranges from spammer friendly ISPs. You best choise is probably to go to an ISP which does not tolerate spammers. But I am not an expert pls ask in nanae.
