dear all..
i would like to know how to stop james from retry sending invalid
e-mails
or try only one time,becuase when i sent a message to an invalid e-mail
i still recieve a huge number of postmaster messages in the account

If the remote end responds with a 5xx, we should consider the error
permanent. If it replies with a 4xx, we would consider it temporary, and
retry.
