This is an odd question, but has anybody run maillets -- specifically the mailing list stuff -- in a java application without running James?
Funny you should mention that... I've been working on a command-line version of a mailet runner last week. The goal was primarily to help development, but with some work it might be a procmail insert. Performance will certainly be terrible, but depending on the number of requests you have, that might not matter.
Any ideas?
What options do you have now? Do you have access to procmail scripts? Anything similar that your ISP offers?
