I have installed james-2.2.0 on 4 different machines. 3 of them are server hosts, and one is my personal laptop. On the 3 server hosts, james will run from the run.bat file and the service will install. However on these hosts attempting to start the james service an error message:
The service is not responding to the control function Nothing is logged in the wrapper.log when service start requests are made. james does run normally as a service on my laptop The servers are either win2003 sp1 or win2000 sp4 Any comments or pointers appreciated.
