It fails to fetch without <servername> even more.
I could not fetch mail when there was no same local user as remote [EMAIL PROTECTED] -> [EMAIL PROTECTED] OK [EMAIL PROTECTED] -> [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fails It seems recipient attribute in <account> ignored.
