Hi Michael, Experimental code for running James within a Spring Framework context is available at http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/james/server/sandbox/spring-integration So theoretically it should be possible to embed James into any Spring-aware application including web apps. But we don't distribute this as a separate release yet. You'd have to build from code.
