Hi,
Oh, hello!
I am using version 2.1.3, but cannot seem to increase the size of mails that the server will allow through.
It would definitely be worth upgrading to 2.3.x in general, although probably not for this in particular.
I have seen some stuff regarding increasing the heap size JVM, but can I do this on an installation that has been quietly working away for a couple of years now? Is there nothing in config.xml?
look for <maxmessagesize> which may not be set to 0 (unlimited) Also if the size of your messages (or the quantity being processed at one time) has increased then JVM heap params are worth fiddling with. They're worth looking at anyway, but if the size of the mails you're handling hasn't changed they're unlikely to provide the answer. If you're on windows then JVM params are *really* worth looking at compared to any *nix OS'es which tend to have more server oriented defaults. d.
