Iwasa-san, It looks like it can't find org.apache.mailet.GenericMailet rather than your DelayedSpool mailet class. Where did you put the jar file for your mailet class? maybe you put it in your lib/ directory? It should go in the apps/james/SAR-INF/lib directory.
